Dance and Baton

 

The Academy offers lessons for children from ages 3 upwards. Most lessons are offered once a week in a group setting although special sessions and personal tutoring can be arranged.

Dance classes include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, and others by arrangement.

Baton Twirling lessons prepare students to participate in USTA and NBTA sanctioned contests at local, state, and national levels. Modeling is also taught as a socialization and contest preparation skill.

Cost of lessons may vary depending on the age group and the type of class. Presently, tuition averages $25 per month. Call 620-674-1928 for more information regarding start dates and tuition.

The Academy holds fund raising events to help with the cost of costume and other student expenses.  Participation is voluntary. Many of the students enjoy the benefits of the fund raisers.
